Hi guys,

Theme was working perfectly until I added a new post. Suddenly I started receiving the following error when updating or publishing a post: “The editor has encountered an unexpected error.”

Copy Error:

I have already checked requirements and adjusted. I have already disabled ALL non-theme plugins. And I have already cleared all cache.

Would really appreciate it if you could help me out.

Hi,

So the problem persist after you deactivate all non theme plugin.
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks
Thank you!

Hi Calin,

I was up all night last night trying to fix this. I redownloaded the theme, deactivated ALL plugins, I even dropped my database and reinstalled. Nothing.

However, the error messages were coming from wp-includes/js folder. Finally, I erased the js folder and reuploaded the js folder from my localhost, and this fixed it.

If I experience this issue again, I’ll provide you my details.

Thank you!
