Disable Homepage latest articles?

On my site here: http://vbjusa.wpengine.com/ scroll down the page under Business Spotlight there is the heading OPINION, which was renamed from Latest Articles. I’d like there not to be white space there. If I ad more items to the sidebar the white space increases. It is possible to disable the Latest Article? and just use the Visual Composer to layout the site?

You have to edit you page and delete them like this: http://screencast.com/t/oIhV4Zw5B6yV

If you don’t want Latest Articles you can use page template Homepage-blank like this: http://screencast.com/t/Y33BVLV4oYx

Alin or anyone that can answer. What is the equivalent to this setting on the current version of Newspaper? Please scroll down my staging site (http://vbjusa.staging.wpengine.com/) and see the gap between the Business Spotlight and Popular section.

Hi,

As you can see your page content is ending at the sidebar last article is – http://screencast.com/t/aE1pZAbis4Q8 and then start latest articles(Popular on your site) which is another content added automatically when you use page template wit articles. A solution is to display more articles(not only 3) on BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT block – http://screencast.com/t/wEaJggxoc

With the last template if you set to Homepage blank that part went away. Is there a similar setting for the new version of the template?

Hi,

You can use the default template if you don’t want latest articles on your page – http://screencast.com/t/JlmRWnVRzo it has now the same functionality like Homepage blank template from previous version.
