Hi ! I would like to replace the default comment column login link(wp-login) (for logout users) with my own login link(https://mywedding.tw/login), could you let me know how should I do?

Unfortunately there is no option of this, you can achieve it only if you make changes in theme files, you can try on this file path -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/comments.php -> https://i.imgur.com/AwxTMy2.png
