Getimagesize problem still happening

Hi, I followed what Admin said to do by turning allow_url_fopen on, but I am still getting this error even after I updated the theme to latest version:
[01-May-2020 03:43:51 UTC] PHP Warning: getimagesize(https://www.evolutionofbodybuilding.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/new-logo-mobile-Dec-2019.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! in /home/qxateu8tderw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 792

Any new ideas to solve this as when I get around 40K plus pageviews a day it is crashing my server.
