WHEN I TRY TO MAKE MENU STEAKY, IT MAKES THE UPPER LEFT MENU STICKY AND NOT THE MAIN MENU. THIS IS FRUSTRATING. PLEASE GIVE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS. AND REPLY FAST.
Also, We want to make the menu width full to the computer display. But when we stretch the row, it gives different errors every time: https://snipboard.io/fQVW43.jpg Sometimes menu goes to the left after stretching and does not fit in the center.

The sticky header can be selected from the Website manager and create / edited using tagDiv Composer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
