Hi there,
I am having a lot of troubles with cloud template headers:
I made my own cloud template with a blank header, which I chose at the theme panel for the whole website. I used it, everything worked fine. Now I downloaded a new cloud template for a special kind of posts – which I never used inside the theme panel or a post, I just wanted to make some changes… But suddenly my whole website was distroyed.
This occured several times the last days! Also with a downloaded header, not only the blank one. I never changed the header or another template within the theme panel. It was just destroyed by making a new cloud template.
I have to choose “No template” at the header section in the theme panel – otherwise it wouldn’t work anymore.
I am afraid that when I do this and design the header once again – and will make the new cloud template for special posts, everything will be destroyed again… It was a lot, lot of work until this point…
This is how it looks like: https://www.annaobermeier.at/bildschirmfoto-2020-05-04-um-12-43-13/
Hi,
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
If the problem persist, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme, cache plugin, CDN or wordfence, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
seems like nearly all of the requirements are fulfilled – I don’t know where I can get the information about my php.ini memory limit, so this is the only where I dont know if the requirement is fulfilled.
Cache plugin and page speed optimization don’t have anything to do with that, right?
Hi,
It can be a plugin that is interfering with the theme css.
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
