slide element fail in responsive

Good afternoon.

I am using the slide element as main full width slider in the home page. Everything is ok in desktop. In responsive also works ok until you put the phone in horizontal then the slider is only half width- And when you go back to vertical the slide is wider than full width leaving text and image cut like it would be outside of the screen for the right side.

After checking we believe it is a problem in the element in responsive. The web site is in this URL http://viajeros.dessofty.com/

¿Could you let me know if this is a fixable issue from my side and how to fix it? or if is a problem on the element that you are going to fix.

That, it is not really an option. Should we put a pop up saying “if the elemnts of this web are out of place, just refresh”. Seriously?. It is not that hard to say, yes, that element has this failure and we are not going to fix it. It would not be ok but at least it would be honest.

I expected a better support than that.

Could you at least suggest another slider plugin compatible with Newspaper and Tagdiv builder?. Slider Revolution does not work well either. And Others as Slide Smart look like they are not compatible with your builder.
