How can i change colour of email input box, i want white colour input box in newsletter. I tried custom css but it didn’t worked.
I have one more issue when someone subscribe to newsletter it redirect to mailchip subscription confirmation page. I want to redirect on same page where it subscribed by subscriber with a Thank You on place of newsletter plugin.

You can change the colour of the different elements of your page by using custom CSS that you add in your Theme panel. To find which class or id to set, I recommend using the simple Element explorer available in your developer tools in your browser. Maybe there are other ways through your specific plugin, but I cannot say.
Regarding the redirection, it is a MailChimp feature that is not really related to the theme…
