Hi, I brought the Newspaper theme for WordPress. It keeps telling me to activate the WPBakery Page Builder, but it won’t let me. Can you help please?

WPBakery Page Builder do not need to be activate this is coming with our theme as bundled plugin -> https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins.
