I checked everywhere but could not find the option to change/edit block title.

Hi,
The block titles can be edited using tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/xIPy6kE.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/ZoaJhpm.jpg
If this is not the case, please provide some more details and screenshots.
