I have selected a view in the CPT and Taxomomy section in the theme panel
No matter what article view I select, the custom taxonomy displays the entire post.
Whatever post template is selected for the individual articles is what id displaying in the article list.
It should be showing the excerpt.
This didn’t happen in Ver 9.8.
Currently on Version 10.3

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again
If there is still a problem, please let me know the steps you’ve made to display the custom taxonomy fro CPT, so I can try to recreate the problem.

I deleted then Re-installed the newspaper theme.
I’m getting getting better results, I get the excerpt now, but it is not showing the taxonomy.php template. It is showing the archives.php template.
Update. copied the taxonomy.php from the td-standard plugin directory to the Themes/Newspaper directory.
