How to open new window with link in sidebar widget

On the homepage of my website I can’t find out how to open the links in a new window when I use the Widget Sidebar. There is no option or box to activate this in this element.
In the sidebar I use a RSS feed.

How to create these hyperlinks which will open in a new window? Thanks in advance!

Sorry, but our theme do not have control over RSS feeds, the option that you mentioned is available in tagDiv Composer on image elements -> https://i.imgur.com/rJZBNnJ.png
