On my website http://www.poptvfilm.com i have separate category pages set up. When i click on the next page the same posts show up rather than move on to the next set of older articles. How can i make sure when you click to move onto the next page of the category it continues to load articles in the order they were posted? Also is there a latest articles category URL by default or do i need to create one?

In most of cases the pagination problem is made by an untested plugin, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also if you are using a cloud category template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can edit it with tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/KYld5ZR.jpg and set on posts loop the sort order you want -> https://i.imgur.com/ubjECfO.jpg
