I have created 3 tabs with Visual Composer.
In Tab 1 there is a youtube video, which does not show correctly.
In Tab 3 there is a gallery with 4 pictures, but it doesn’t show correctly too.

Unfortunately not all VC elements have been designed to work in tabs and you need additional customization for this as there are lots of possibilities and it is not possible to have this work in all cases.
You can try this css for the tab video widget, just add it in theme panel custom css filed and I suggest you don’t use the gallery inside a tab: http://screencast.com/t/tEIIpuJvO
