In order to have a featured image when sharing you will need to use SEO Yoast plugin.
The number of post likes is not related to facebook. So that is the amount of likes that users give to your post from your website.

That is the number of likes that your post has. But please note that the number of likes is not related to facebook.
That is a simple like button. If a reader likes your article it presses the button.
For the image, make sure that there are no plugin conflicts. Disable all the plugins except tagdiv and SEO Yoast and let us know !
