My site is based on the gadget pro demo. I have created a custom post template for posts that use the standard post format. I want my video format posts to look the same but I don’t see how I can build a template for video format posts?
I would be happy to use a standard post if I could swap the featured image at the top for a featured video and if I can get the sticky video at scroll to work with a standard format post.
Right now, the vide format type looks horrible, its not using the right fonts or layout or anything…
To clarify – I have a custom template in ‘Cloud Templates’ but when I change the post format to video the note under featured video says that only post style default,1,2,9,10 &11 can be used with featured video.
How can I take my custom template style and duplicate it, modify it and apply it to a video post so that the featured video (and sticky video pop up) is still shown whilst using the same general layout and fonts / colours etc?

The post type video is working on single post templates too, all you need to do is to edit the cloud template with tagDiv Composer, and replace the background featured image with featured image https://i.imgur.com/GqtFvX2.png -> https://i.imgur.com/K000VJ4.png-> https://i.imgur.com/aCzC3ce.png
