I just got published in Google News and I have a challenge with the video format for the theme. A google expert wrote this for me to ask:
“The bigger challenge is the videos… it looks like your theme might not include those in the standard post content, which is what is going to be used for the feed (either plugin or default). I know the video is on the page, it’s just placed separately from the post content.
You might ask the author of the theme if he can provide some code you can add to your functions.php to include the video in the rss feed, that would probably be the easiest solution. Oh, you might check in your theme’s settings to see if there’s a setting for that, just a thought… I’m doing some guessing here since I am unfamilar with your theme and setup. ”
Could you help me with that? Also, I have a challenge when exporting video formated posts from one website using Newspaper theme to another website using newspaper theme. The video url is not exporting .. so I just have a plain video formatted posts without video. Any advice how to accomplish that effectively?

You can select and use the Video Formats on posts as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/kZXYh4HD6R Also please note that the Newspaper theme does not offer post export options.
