Hi – we’ve been having the issue of “outdated” plugins, despite numerous efforts to update them.
We get “failed” every single time, with the message ” An error occurred and we could not finish the process.
Please reload the page and try again, or manually update the plugins.”
What is the issue?

Hello !
Please try and completely remove your plugins and then re-upload them.
Also make sure that you don’t have a plugin conflict. Please disable all the plugins and try again.
