How to add this code add_filter(‘run_wptexturize’, ‘__return_false’); on mobile theme.

Hi,
I’m not very sure, that I think that the code need to be set in fuctions.php and if you want to use it in mobile theme plugin, then the file path is -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/functions.php the code can be set at the bottom of file.
