I had bought the Newspaper theme, but it was not working equally, so I requested to return the money, it has been 2 days but the money has not yet come into the account. Nor did I get any kind of email.

Please notice that your refund has been already approved by our team.
After we approve it, we no longer have the control over the situation, this is handle by envato. Envato will provide the refunds.
