I’ve updated a website to 10.3.3 and the dropdown “make this category mega menu” is now missing in WordPress menu management.
This is a multi-site wordpress and which uses WP Members plugin to limit access to some area. If I deactivate WP Members at network level, the choice comes back but only for the first site (which need WP Members) but not for the second site (which doesn’t WP Members).

Unfortunately, the Members plugin has not been tested with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL non theme plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Of course, I’m disapointed with your answer. Is this all the support you can offer ?
1/ WP-Members is widely used and your list of tested plugins is very poor and have no plugin to manage membership
2/ I am on a multi-sites installation (with 2 sites 1st : http://www.vivamagazine.fr & 2nd : blog.vivamagazine.fr, using same theme & plugins installed at network level). No child theme, no cache plugin. I’ve deactivated the WP-Members plugin. This solved the issue on first site but not on second site. Why only one ? How can I force the theme to “rebuild” its installation on the second site ? I’ve tried to disable theme and enable again at network administration level and also activte another theme and switchback to Newspaper without results. I can’t stay like that, it’s not acceptable for my client neither for me.
Note that we have an contract with the French Federation of Professional and Specialized Press who groups 7 press syndicates and thousands of magazines. On the last 6 monthes, I’ve created 3 sites with your plugin and we are in discussion for 5 more sites redesigns this year. I wish I could do it with Newspaper but we need a solid support if we want to build something on it…
