Translate "on" in comments

Hi suppport,

How do I translate the word “on” in the comment widget?

I have installed Loco Translate, but cannot do it this way around.
Also the translation in the Theme panel doesn’t help me.

Hi,

That is a wordpress widget so it can only be translated by wordpress. Changing the WP language also translates the “on” you are referring to.

I found the translation in WordPress: %1$s on %2$s.

Context: widgets
translators: Comments widget. 1: Comment author, 2: Post link.

However eventhough “on” was already translated to “til”, and I have tried to change it to something different as well, then the website holds on to “on”.

Any other good idea to change it?

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no field to translate that word, I think that you can translate it only from files, but also these changes will be lost when you’ll make an update.
