I recently downloaded a world map plug in to use on my homepage. On the plugin it says to insert the shortcode into a page. However, I’m not sure how to do that? I tried searching for code or shortcode on Tagdiv composer, but there is nothing there?

The shortcode need to be set with tagDiv Composer and it need to be set in a column text or a text with title in text area -> https://imgur.com/mdPpuaM also is possible that the plugin to not work correctly with our theme.

I chose column text, opened the edit content and inserted the short-code in the text, unfortunately it has not worked though. I’ve got the travel pro theme? can you think of any other ways it may work? or can you suggest a world map plugin they would?

Usually the shortcodes that are working with are theme need to be set only like in above suggestion, maybe the shortcode is not working with our theme.
If you set the shortcode inside a post, this is displaying ?
Also please provide some more details about this shortcode, from what plugin is coming and for what is it.

Yeah, its not displaying in a post when I’ve tried it. However, I haven’t done any posts yet as I’m still doing my homepage etc first.
The plug in is called basic interactive world map, by WP map plugins. It has 5 stars and is compatible will my version of WordPress, if any of this helps.
