1. The shortcode need to be set with tagDiv Composer and it need to be set in a column text or a text with title in text area -> https://imgur.com/mdPpuaM

If you want to have two sidebars on a page or single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you can set them with tagDiv Composer, all you need to do is to set the row layout -> https://i.imgur.com/dscdAKe.png and now set the content in the middle and the sidebars in left and right column.
