Error for categories pages – ''Does not exist''

Hi,
Whenever I want to create a new category or edit existing (from the demo) there’s an error showing on live website that it doesn’t exist. How do I fix this? Many thanks.

Hi,

If you get this message -> https://i.imgur.com/5fjVfgx.png that is because you try to edit a standard/default category template, only cloud template can be edited with tagDiv Composer.

Hi,
No what I mean are category pages like these two:
https://www.fredbloggs.co.uk/news/politics/
https://www.fredbloggs.co.uk/sport/
The links should be working as the categories exist. These are from the demo, but even if I create my own it’s the same result ‘page not found’.

Hi,

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme, cache plugin or CDN, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Please try to open the category page from theme panel (after you disable all themes plugins) and check to see if there are still some problems -> https://i.imgur.com/kFCf7mr.png
