Hi, I have zero coding knowledge but loving using Newspaper X. One thing I can’t figure out though is how to create a custom link so I can create a link to the ‘about’ section of my home page. I know how to add the custom link to the ‘about’ section on my menu . . .but can’t find where to get the link or how to create it : – ). I have looked in the documentation . .no luck.

If I understand correctly you want to add to menu the about page or post, for this you’ll need first to create the page/post, after that you can add it in menu like this -> https://i.imgur.com/DR6uFnj.png by choosing the page/post for about section.
Also the like is the url of page/post, this can be get from inside post/page -> https://i.imgur.com/trPixY7.png or from browser url -> https://i.imgur.com/Uwqg0ZK.png

Thank you for responding. But adding a page or post to a menu WASN’T what I was asking.
What I need to do is to add a LINK to a SPECIFIC PART of my HOME PAGE. I want to be able to click on the menu and go to the MIDDLE of a page . .or the END of the HOME PAGE . . I believe it can be done . .just don’t know how. Have googled ‘add a link to a specific part of a page’. H.e.l.p. : – )

So you want to make an anchor link. In order to make an anchor link, you need to set to a row an id, and set the link to that page plus the id like this ->

So when the button is clicked it will link to that page and to that row ID.
