I’ve just purchase Newspaper and installed the template. However when I try to active the smart snap, it doesn’t work on my website.
I have selected “smart snap -(always)”.

Hi,
I have checked your site and seems that other features like next/prev pagination, search, mega menu.. aren’t working also. All this features work based on js so I suggest you check your console for js errors and also check this without any plugins active just the VC and also make sure you empty cache and purge files.
I have also checked your site and found this errors in your browsers console which can cause this: http://screencast.com/t/8xApRDhl
Please make sure you try this and let me know how it goes.
