error when active theme

hi,

I try to active my theme but the page notice like this”Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”. could you please help me check.

Hi,

hi,

Whenever I click to active theme it always notice me like this “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” I click to other part it is ok.
I try with this but I still can not sole a problem. I also can not install the demos data it notice me “tagdiv detected error” so my site can not display the demos data.

could you give me advice
