They are domain rich snippets. For example, if we search Tagdiv in googles: It shows Main domain and then more results like DEMO, NewspaperTheme, What’s news in V 10, etc.
The same is the above image. And those snippets contain PAGE 10, PAGE 2, etc in search engine.

So the problem is that the page 10 is display in the rich snippets in google results for your domain, I understand now, but please note that our theme can not control the rich snippets results from Google -> https://backlinko.com/hub/seo/snippets#:~:text=Rich%20Snippets%20(also%20known%20as,include%20reviews%2C%20recipes%20and%20events.

But there is no actual PAGE 10 or Page 1 , 2 , 3 created by us. So, It is added by theme or something.

In Google search results will be display only the posts/pages that are in your website, therefore the page or post should be or was in your website, also if you do not provide a link or something we can not investigate this to see if this is a problem from the theme or not.

I changed the PAGINATION option from Flex Box. I turned it off. Let’s see if it works.

This is the page that gets added to Google automatically. Its like a homepage or something.

Most probability you had a pagination (for tests or a while) and this was indexed by Google and this is still indexed in Google search results and it will take some time until this will be remove (is need to be re-index the entire website again).

When you update the theme the only thing that is change is the files for the theme and theme plugins and all these are made in maintenance mode.
