Cannot access tagDiv Composer Front-End Page Builder

Hi,

I have tried everything, but cannot seem to access the tagDiv composer. Have even started from scratch by reinstalling WordPress. I have tried installing demos as well with content, but cannot edit anything using the tagDiv Composer page builder.
