Footer layout problems

Hi there,

Since I updated the theme a few months ago I can’t get the footer working properly in single posts or categories. It’s all in one column instead of 3 columns.

I am using the ‘Default Pro’ layout.

Could you help me with this problem?

I renewed the support plan but I didn’t have any answer.

Hi,

Please note that our support platform is not instant also we have a day off and several topics were gathered. We start to answer from oldest to newest topics/emails (also if you replay the topic/email will be move to newest).

Usually this is a problem from plugins. Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also Please note that using tagDiv Cloud Library with WP Bakery can provide these problem, you should decide which one you want to use, we recommend to use the tagDiv Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer these are the theme plugins.
