I have added two categories under Biography section and added the category of actor of few post, but when i click on Actors under biography, no post is visible there.

Hi,
Make sure that you have posts set/assigned to these pages (category page and actors pages) only these will be display posts.
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link where I can check the problems.
