I just setting up my websiste, i had input all the IDs correctly into the social counter plug-in. however, the result came out like this: 
there no numbers for facebook, twitter.. how do i correct this ? thank you.
Hey, did you put in just the IDs, not the entire URL? Like my Facebook Page’s URL is https://www.facebook.com/dauntlessjaunter
and in this widget, you should just put “dauntlessjaunter”

Please check the version of tagdiv social counter widget you use and if it’s not version 2.8 please remove it then install it from the /plugins folder that was provided with theme files: http://screencast.com/t/apG7ZmCneBC
If you still have issues with this please make sure you sue the social counter right: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-manage-the-social-counter/ and also try it without any other plugins active and make sure you empty cache.
If nothing helps please provide a link to a page which contains the social counter with this issue so I can check this.
