It took close to three (3) hours in a user test for a user to receive a link to reset a password, how do I change that?

Hi,
Please note that our theme do not have control over this problem, the link for reset the password is generate by WordPress or some email services.

I have fixed it by following this guide: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-not-sending-email-issue/
Now everything is okay.
