Change subtitle colour, theme panel

Hi – I can find no option to change subtitle colour from the default grey in Theme Panel/Theme Colors/Content/Posts. Correct? Is there CSS for this?

I mean the grey subtitle you see here: https://jazzjournal.co.uk/2020/04/16/obituary-wallace-roney/

Font can be changed but is there any parameter to change subtitle colour?

If not, any CSS?
