As you can see on this capture, i didn’t manage to translate the “More” string, used in this “Block 7” element:

I just checked again on the version that you are using and for me is working -> https://i.imgur.com/C6AQaFK.png -> https://i.imgur.com/9O83VA2.png so in this case it can be a plugin that interfere with the theme settings.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
