Themes buggy, support is non existent aside from Chris who doesn’t even work for you and I’ve came to the conclusion that I can build a better site from scratch myself. This was meant to save time but I’ve ended up having to do a lot of work and I’m not happy throwing $60 away.
Plus, it’s no good throwing support at me now, I’ve tried four times.

Our daily support hours is between 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM (GMT+2) and we take message one by one starting with the older ones. For some messages we need more time to test and research the issues/requests/reports.
I have also tested the issues you’ve reported and haven’t found any issue with the transparent background. Set a background image from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/0cOR1Iya8KH8 then set the header to transparent: http://screencast.com/t/CXvxGRze to test this.
Regarding the use of custom html instead of posts into the big slider I’m afraid that the theme doesn’t have an option for that and you would need to customize it yourself for it.
I’m not sure about what type of menu you refer to, if you want you can send me your site URL and I can take a look at this.
We recommend to use the logo at 300x100: http://screencast.com/t/2z2hcKeB and the theme doesn’t have an option to resize the logo so you would have to do it via css if you need it. Send your site’s URL so I can tale a look if you want.
