This sub-footer can be add using tagDiv Composer, add a new row -> https://i.imgur.com/YiMd2Zt.png a divider if you want -> https://i.imgur.com/zqXzjaI.png and set the elements you want in it.

Editing a footer template is like you are editing a page, you’ll use tagDiv Composer in same way.
Edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer and at the bottom of page drag a row like this -> https://i.imgur.com/ae3cnvF.png set on it the background color -> https://i.imgur.com/vJmiSxR.png and the divider -> https://i.imgur.com/ecLOOw6.png after that add the column text element -> https://i.imgur.com/LgR4uA5.pngin this set the copy right text -> https://i.imgur.com/EgTmM85.png also you can adjust the bottom margin -> https://i.imgur.com/szwTNC5.png
