I was really having trouble with this issue. The theme reset all the settings in the Theme Panel automatically. (Hence reset all the fonts and settings I’ve spent so much time setting it up).
It happened before a few days ago. That time I thought it was my mistake since I was modifying the site at that time, so I let it go (but I’m quite sure that I haven’t done anything wrong).
But today I left the theme untouched since morning (where everything was working well). Then in the late afternoon I opened it up to work on it again, and all the settings were reset.
One observation is that when I logged back in this afternoon, it asked me to activate the theme with purchase code again (in which I already done them the first time I installed)
Are there any clue why this happened? I really spent alot of time working on these settings, and I’m now quite frustrated since I have to redo it once again (the third time).

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
