I installed the Newspaper theme and created post containing a soundcloud URL und the “Featured Audio” and also have set post format to “Audio”.
Problem:
The Audio player is not visible.
Not visible on the post page and also not in the footer “page” where it also should show with the player.
What could be the problem?

For displaying featured audio you need to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud library and edit it with tagDiv Composer to make sure that you are using “Single Post Featured Image” not “Single Post Bg Featured Image” -> https://i.imgur.com/aMxxTqm.jpg this will display the audio player on post.
Also make sure that you are using flex blocks, these should display the audio icon -> https://i.imgur.com/0UMQWOA.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/MLMoRXn.png

It is not working š
I use Single Post Template – Pulses PRO to show the post and made sure it uses āSingle Post Featured Imageā which is set by default. No Audio player is visible, not even the Featured Image set for the post is displayed.
Also, on a different installation of the theme with the same template files it works. I compared all settings but cant find a difference.
Same for the footer where we have a Flex Block 1 and the player showing with the post title and link, on the other server it does not show the player.

Let’s check these settings again:
– mage sure that you set the audio format and you set the featured audio link -> https://i.imgur.com/RMnpTcv.png
– after the post settings this should look like this on homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/eW4Eqir.jpg (if you are using some cache plugin, please clear all cache).
– inside the post the audio player should look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/f4zl2lS.png
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link to your website for a closer inspection and some screenshots with the settings you’ve made.
