Why it shows a REQUIRED warning in the plugin section of theme panel even if I am not using social counter and newsletter box. Can not we turn it off?

You can turn them off but it will block access to some demos. If you don’t need to use those demos then it should be no problem.

For example: This social counter plugin is only for those follower numbers etc right? We have small social icons in header. so deactivating will not cause any issue with it right?

Yes, the social counter is only for the widget, If you remove the widget the Social counter will not affect anything.

You will have to delete the Social Counter element first using tagDiv Composer. In order to not see the shortcode on your page when the plugin will be disabled.

So these FOLLOW social icons will not break after removing the plugin/in theme updates. Right?
