How do I customise just the post category to show ad banner?

For example, I see that there are Ads and Post Settings.

1. How do I set the categories to use post template 1 for example?
2. Is it possible for me to edit the view of just the post category page of Singapore?

Unfortunately this option is not possible at the moment with Newspaper Theme.
