i change the menu icon in this directory (/Newspaper/wp-admin/images/menu/) with same name and dimension and also extension but it is showing old icon not my icon
How i do this ?
also tell me that is it possible to add more icons ?

That icon is here in a sprite file, please change here, also you have to change in retina version to, this version is for mobile with retina display http://screencast.com/t/8xAG9LS6WW6
