I bought a licenses and the licenses number is correctly is included in the ‘Theme Config’ section of the site. But for some reason the status in the top menu does not change. It still mentions ‘Buy Now’…
How can I remove this without buying a second license for the same site (www.southwestpublicradio.org)

That is an ad banner that can be removed / replaced by going into Theme panel – Ads – Header Ad.
