For this https://prnt.sc/tbr5tq you need to set the row or inner row in 3 column like this -> https://i.imgur.com/Alz0xEH.png and you can use flex block elements, these can be adjusted with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/kRlRjFQ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/dmH3jot.png do not forget to set the filters and sort.
For this https://prnt.sc/tbr6sk you can use flex block 1, set the number of the elements you want to have -> https://i.imgur.com/Wcyz3Tu.png after that set the layout to make the blocks inline -> https://i.imgur.com/NAZqBvq.png also you can adjust the size of image -> https://i.imgur.com/u59Uo95.png -> https://i.imgur.com/nORlrU9.png

Just how I said above, you need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer, click on the elements that you want to change on mobile device and set the modules per row to display 1 or 2 articles -> https://i.imgur.com/f4yVvMX.png, doing this you’ll learn how to use tagDiv Composer and you’ll do more easy the changes.
