Hi,
I enabled the footer and sub footer but it doesn’t appear my website. I can see it when I edit the footer template, but when I press save it doesn’t appear on the website.

Hi it’s http://www.kensbeijing.com. Originally it was one of the restaurant example templates that I modified.

Your footer at the moment is this: https://www.screencast.com/t/M9oppzgFnh In order to import and edit one I suggest you to use the website manager as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/5VkiUmHQvF Select the footer and scroll to the bottom of your page.
