So I managed to fix indiviudal posts with the facebook share with: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/
but in reality, every once in awhile we post something and it cant be shared and they send ME to fix it. If you have any idea how to fix it so it never happens that would be great!
Facebook is a free service and their capture system is inconsistent.

They refresh/update their cache from time to time but, i also noticed that new posts don’t display the proper data immediately after you publish them unless you update the data manually via their debugger. I guess they made it this way to lower the traffic on their side.
