Not able to activate the Theme

Dear Developer,

I had a dev environment where I had setup the website and now moved the code to production.

But, now I am not able to activate my theme. What would be the issue.

It throws me an error like below:
mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_cake_panel&_wpnonce=5eade838e9

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Can you please help me?

Thanks Vlad, we fixed this internally. There was DB related issue.
