Hi, How can i set, when we click on author name its should take it to the author other post. Not its only take to the current page. Please help me with this

Normal when you click on the author name then you should be redirect to the author page where will be display all posts write by that author.
For the problem with the author links, maybe the author archives are disabled in the Yoast plugin, if they are author links will be redirected to the homepage. Check if that is the case – http://prntscr.com/mbwwuk after that clear all cache, purge CDN(if you are using) and check the results.

If you are referring to author page -> https://i.imgur.com/TiOsfR2.png then yes, in this way is should be display, the author box should be at the top.
If you want to change it at the bottom, you need to change it in theme files wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/author.php -> https://i.imgur.com/DajYOi9.png or you can use a cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library and you can edit it using tagDiv Composer.
