on my website kentnews.online homepage, I have a large gap between my main menu and the Trending topics ticker. Wehn I go into the page editor, there does not seen to be a block there, in order to adjust the margins.
I have reduced the top margin for the ticker to 1, but would like to reduce this empty space further?

You can change that margin to negative, try -10 for example and the ticker will go higher. You can play with those values on any element so you can arrange your website.
